I would like to change or cancel my order, is that possible?
If we have not yet processed or shipped the order, please contact us at our email address:support@fiftywood.com. We can then always see what we can do for you. If the package is already on its way, you can refuse the package. Please contact us via email and we will process it further.
I just placed an order but how do i know it was successful?
It's great that you ordered our Fifty Wood products. When you have placed an order and the payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Did you not receive this? Feel free to contact us and we'll take a look at how this happened.
I have received the order and it is damaged. What now?
Don't worry! We will solve this for you, please contact us via our email address:support@fiftywood.com. Then we can look for a solution together.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Production and delivery time
All our snapbacks are made to order in our own one man workshop. Our goal is to make and ship all snapbacks within 5 business days. As soon as your package is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace email in which you can track the shipment online.It's possible the Track & Trace email ends up in the spam folder.After shipping, it normally takes: 1 day delivery to the Netherlands, Luxembourg & Belgium. 2 days for Germany, France and Italy. 3 days for Austria, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Maximum 5 days for the rest of Europe. The rest of the world depends on the transfer time at customs. It is not possible to pick up your order yourself at our workshop.** We are closed on weekends so they do not count as working days.
How will my order be delivered?
We ship with GLS, you will receive an email with track & trace information so you can see when the driver will come by.
How can i return my order?
That is possible and also easy. Before returning the order, please fill out the return form in. Then print out the return form. Place the return form in the box, and you can put a label back on the box. You can send the package at the local post office.

Warrenty and complaints
What can i do if i have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about one of our products, you can send an email tosupport@fiftywood.com. Please include your personal details and the order number. You can expect a response from us within 2 working days. We will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
What about the warrenty?
You have a warranty on your purchased products. Fifty Wood therefore adheres to the statutory warranty provisions. Damage due to accident, misuse and daily wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. We finish our wood with a transparent water-based varnish that gives the wood a deeper color and protects the wood. The wood is splash-proof, you should not bend the edge because you can break the wood. This is clearly indicated on the label of the Cap. We recommend that you do not use the cap for too long in the blazing sun or pouring rain. We cannot guarantee any bulges or cracks in the wood.
The cotton fabrics used for the caps are natural fabrics that can cause a reaction to sweat and sunlight such as discoloration and fading. This is a natural process over which we have no influence. The acrylic fabrics hardly suffer from this because these are not natural fabrics. We can therefore not guarantee the discolouration of the cotton fabrics.
